Common Questions

• What happen when the FREE period ends?
  All registered users will be able to choose from three available plans on the platform. Any existing active affiliations will remain accessible, while pending affiliations will be subject to the limits of the selected paid plan.
  
  Our aim is to reach at least 1,000 registered companies before the free period ends, ensuring a healthy level of participation and meaningful affiliation opportunities. This approach allows us to keep pricing fair and the platform sustainable while supporting valuable connections between users.
• What counts as an active affiliation?
  An active affiliation is a partnership request that has been sent by you and accepted by the partner company (or vice versa). Pending or declined requests do not count toward your limit. You can have an unlimited number of pending requests on any plan.
• What happens if I reach my affiliation limit?
  You can still send new affiliation requests, but you won’t be able to accept or agree to new ones until you upgrade your plan. All existing affiliations and messages will continue to function normally.
• Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
  Yes. You can upgrade at any time and your new limit takes effect immediately. If you downgrade and your active affiliations exceed the lower plan's limit, you will need to remove affiliations to get back within the limit before any new ones can be accepted.
• Is there a free trial for paid plans?
  The Free plan lets you try the full platform with up to 5 affiliations — no credit card required and no time limit. This gives you everything you need to evaluate getServiceRelay before committing to a paid plan.
• How does yearly billing work?
  When you choose yearly billing, you pay for 12 months upfront at the discounted rate — $100/year for Basic (equivalent to $8.30/month), $190/year for Standard (equivalent to $15.80/month), and $460/year for Pro (equivalent to $38.30/month). The yearly price is locked in for the full billing period.
• Do partner companies need a paid plan to affiliate with me?
  Each company on the platform manages their own account and plan independently. Your partner simply needs an account on getServiceRelay — they can be on any plan to affiliate with you. Their plan limit applies to how many affiliations they can hold, independently of yours.
• Will pricing change in the future?
  We are in early access and pricing may be adjusted as the platform grows. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with at least 30 days' notice, and changes will not take effect until your next billing cycle.
