The Big Picture
A Simple Flow, Powerful Results
getServiceRelay connects two companies through a formal affiliate agreement — then exchanges contact details so you can work together directly.
Phase 1 — Getting Started
Set Up Your Account
Your first step is to create a tenant account and register your company on the platform.
-
1
Create Your Tenant Account
Sign up for getServiceRelay using your business email. Your account becomes your tenant — a private, secure workspace for your company and its users.
Tip: The first user registered for a tenant is automatically set as the admin and will receive all system notifications.
-
2
Add Your Company Profile
Fill in your company details — name, address, industry niche, service locations and any other information you want visible to potential partners. (As an organisation, you can add more than one company with different niche/industry)
-
3
Invite Your Team
Add additional users from your organisation to your tenant. Each user can be assigned different roles within your company workspace - admin or user.
Phase 2 — Finding Partners
Build Your Affiliate Network
An affiliation is a formal, agreed-upon partnership between two companies on the platform.
-
4
Discover Partner Companies
Browse companies on the platform filtered by industry niche, location, and other relevant criteria including service locations such as postal code. Find businesses that complement your services — not competitors, but collaborators.
-
5
Send an Affiliation Request
Initiate an affiliation request to any company you'd like to partner with. You can include a personal introduction message and propose your commission terms (e.g. 60/40 split).
What happens next: The partner company's admin receives an instant email notification and can review your request in their dashboard.
-
6
Partner Reviews & Accepts
The partner company logs in, reviews your request, may negotiate the terms via built-in messaging and either accepts or declines. Once both members accepted, the affiliation is live and both sides can start exchanging work outside of getServiceRelay platform, using their own communication channels and tools.
Phase 3 — Getting Connected
Get Connected & Work Together
Once an affiliation is accepted, both companies receive each other’s contact details. From this point, all collaboration happens directly — outside the platform, on your own terms.
-
7
Contact Details Are Exchanged
As soon as both parties accept the affiliation, the platform makes each company’s contact details visible to the other. No middleman, no overhead — you’re directly connected.
What you get: The admin contact’s name, email, and phone number for the other company, so you can start passing referrals straight away.
-
8
Start Passing Referrals Directly
Pass work, referrals, or client introductions to your partner by phone, email, or whatever method works best for you. getServiceRelay is the matchmaker — the actual work happens between you and your partner.
Phase 4 — Commission
Commission Agreed at Affiliation Time
There’s no per-job commission tracking in the platform. Instead, the commission split is agreed upfront when the affiliation is created — a clear reference point for both parties. Further commission adjustments, if any, are handled directly between the partners.
-
9
Commission Rate Is Set Per Affiliation
When you send an affiliation request you propose a commission split (e.g. 60/40). Your partner sees and agrees to this before accepting, or negotiating using built-in messaging until an agreement is reached. The agreed rate is recorded on the platform as a reference for your ongoing arrangement.
-
10
Settlement Happens Offline
All commission payments are made directly between you and your partner. getServiceRelay records the agreed rate as a reference; it plays no role in processing or tracking individual payments.
FAQ
Common Questions
-
Is there a cost to join?We offer plans tailored to the size of your partner network, check the pricing page for details.
-
Can I have multiple companies under one account? Each tenant can manage multiple company profiles, and each company can hold affiliations with different partners independently.
-
What happens if a partner declines my affiliation request? You'll be notified of the decision. You can reach out to discuss terms or send requests to other potential partners — there's no limit on how many affiliations you can have.
-
Does getServiceRelay handle the actual payment?getServiceRelay is a matchmaking and record-keeping platform. Your commission split is agreed at affiliation time and recorded on the platform as a reference. All payment is settled directly between you and your partner. We are not involved in and have no liability for financial transactions between users.
-
Is my data private from other companies?Absolutely. The platform uses a secure multi-tenant architecture, which means each company can only access its own records, affiliations, messages, and business data. You remain in full control of what information is shared and with whom through your affiliation agreements.
The only information visible to other members is your public partner profile, which is used to help businesses discover potential partnership opportunities. If you no longer wish to receive new affiliation requests, you can hide your company from the partner directory at any time while continuing to manage your existing affiliations.
